My Style of Yoga

My approach to yoga is grounded in alignment, mindful movement, and breathwork that supports both the body and the mind. I draw from several styles of yoga to create sessions that feel supportive, challenging when appropriate, and accessible to all.

Vinyasa

A flowing, breath-linked style of yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. Movements are connected to breath, creating a dynamic and energizing practice.

Hatha Flow

A slightly slower-paced style that focuses on posture alignment, breath control, and developing a steady, focused mind. A great choice for beginners or anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of each pose.

Restorative

A deeply calming, floor-based practice that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in restful postures. Helps reset the nervous system and encourages deep relaxation.

Meditation & Breathwork

Simple meditation practices and breathing techniques woven into sessions to cultivate mindfulness, focus, and a greater sense of calm both on and off the mat.

Gentle Yoga

Slow, accessible movements perfect for beginners, seniors, or those recovering from injury, illness, or major life changes.
